While our primary target is on candidates available locally and regionally, we have global capabilities and access to global resources which effectively equip us to undertake search assignments outside the Kingdom and the Region. 

• How much time normally do you require to complete an assignment?

Although we had instances of successfully completing assignments in as little as a week’s time, the normal time we require for an assignment is about 3 weeks to 3 months, depending upon the nature of position and the complexity of the search assignment.

• Do you provide any guarantee of service?

Yes, since we conduct in-depth interviews before placing, we can guarantee the success of our candidates. Replacement is done absolutely at no cost to our clients within the first 3 months of service. Service guarantee may be extended in specific cases.

• Can you briefly explain your process of executing search assignments?

No, we do not charge our candidates. Our services to them are 100% free of charge. Our allegiance is to our clients, who pay us for our services and to whom we are totally committed.

• Would you pay back the advance fee paid, if we decide to cancel the assignment?

Normally, the initial fee collected is not refundable as it partially funds for the search project. It cannot be refunded if adequate time has elapsed and the assignment has already begun.

• If we decide not hire any candidate, would you pay back the fees paid?

Of course not, since we have done our job and it is your decision not to hire any.
