- How can I register my resume?
Please note that we accept resumes of only those candidates who meet certain pre-qualifications, key among which are:
You should:
- Have a University degree from a recognized university,
- Have a consistent and progressive career record,
- Be currently on the job,
- Send us your resume, prepared using a Word document, by email. We do not accept .TIFF, .PDF or other formats and templates such as those used by online recruiters.
- What about confidentiality?
Confidentiality is the edifice on which our business is built. Please note that your record shall be treated in the strictest confidence.
- How frequently can I call you for follow up?
We discourage candidates following up their cases with us. If you send us your resume, it shall be registered pending a detailed candidate evaluation for which you may be contacted when we undertake a search.
- Can I visit you to discuss my career for possible openings?
You need to take prior appointment to visit our office as we do not entertain walk-in candidates. All current assignments are listed on our website. Please go through the listing of our active assignments
- What are your service/registration fees?
We are totally committed to our clients for whom we work. We do not charge candidates and our services to you are totally free.
- What is the procedure and criteria for candidate selection?
If your resume is registered with us, you will be called for a detailed assessment based on client-specific needs, and we will offer our services only if we are convinced that you exceed or at least meet the specific requirements.
- Would you advise me on a salary that best matches my skills?
Of course, yes! There should always be a balance between your skills and your expectations. Since we are better informed about salaries versus skills than most others, we could advise you what would be the best option for you.
